Grief Camp for Teens

Located centrally in the beautiful hill country of the Austin, Texas area is Camp Met. A camp designed for adolescents to be with others their own age who are also trying to cope with their sense of isolation and confusion as they struggle with the grief of a loved one. They learn to cope with their loss in a traditional camp setting where fun is mixed with powerful moments of exploring feelings and sharing memories.

Campers will be transformed by new perspectives and the encouragement of new friends, who truly understand how they feel.
